Who can participate?

Employees

Employees on a permanent, fixed-term, work-study employment contract with 3 months’ length of service in an EXOSENS Group entity that is a member of the Plan d’Epargne Groupe International (PEGI or International Group Savings Plan) as of 8 October 2025 (last day of the subscription period) and who are still on the payroll on that day.

Participation in ExoShare is on a free and voluntary basis.

How much can I invest?

  • Minimum

    1 EXOSENS share

    Share price: EUR 31.38 (SGD 47.21) including the 20% discount

  • Maximum

    25% of your remuneration

    Your voluntary payment is limited to 25% of your 2024 gross annual remuneration (including premiums and bonuses).

How can I participate?

  1. Click on the “Subscribe” button
  2. Identify yourself by entering the username that was emailed to you by Amundi before clicking on “First connection/Forgot password” to personalise your password. If you do not have a professional email address, contact your HR department;
  3. Complete the subscription screen by entering the amount of your subscription for each payment method you have chosen, and remember to confirm your subscription.
